don’t believe in fear
A few years ago I used to shoot models at my home. This was made in 2017 with Yola in my bedroom. It was a very intense and long shooting day with long breaks and three parts oof shooting, including a middle part with scribbled lines (https://andreaspuhl.format.com/beschrieben), what is very unusual. don’t believe in anything
Even though I see myself as a portrait photographer, sometimes there’s a combination of pose, perspective, light and focal length that compels me not to change the crop and take the picture the way I see it. Strange
lie to me
From my series with the mirror table, which I invented just by chance in my 2011 studio near Cologne. This pictures were taken shortly after I got my new studio, where I luckily have the possibilities to work with this light setting, because for this setting it’s necessary to have a wide room with high ceiling. Unfortunately it’s not possible to use this setting together with other light setting, because of its need of place.
Model was the very beautiful „jessy ley“ who lives near my studio. Although there is no long distance between us, we couldn’t manage to have another shoot after this shooting in May 2021.
