When I first started showing my images in online communities, I wanted to show as much diversity as possible. So I have never posted two pictures from the same shoot in a row or two pictures of the same model. For this reason I mostly chose only one image from each set, except that the poses were very different (e.g. images 7, 8 and 9) or I decided to edit them in different styles (images 4, 5 and 6) or it was the same style but different views of the place (pics 1, 2 and 3). I never took pictures with the idea of making a series out of them. It was just the "one" picture I wanted to show. And that’s why I only edited a few pictures from a shoot.
In recent years, the way I take and edit images has changed in a very different way. In one of my next blog posts, I will show and describe some images from one of my recent shoots that were created using this different idea of image making.
These nine pictures are from a shooting in September 2009 with Nora. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the opportunity to take pictures with her again afterwards.
Please let me know if you are interested in such background information or just want to see the pictures.
