A few years ago I used to shoot models at my home. This was made in 2017 with Yola in my bedroom. It was a very intense and long shooting day with long breaks and three parts oof shooting, including a middle part with scribbled lines (https://andreaspuhl.format.com/beschrieben), what is very unusual. Because of practical reasons the lines are mostly the end of a shooting.

Even though I see myself as a portrait photographer, sometimes there’s a combination of pose, perspective, light and focal length that compels me not to change the crop and take the picture the way I see it. In this case, the woman is reduced to her body, a look at women I like to avoid; but anyway…

Letzten Sommer entstanden diese Fotos auf Schloss Schönfeld bei Dresden. Ich zeige euch zwei 6×6 und zwei 4×5", die mit der Linhof entstanden.

Fanny buchte ich im Rahmen des 7Elfen Schloss-Events, es war mir eine Freude.

Bei einem Fotoevent sprachen mich ein paar Fotografen an, weil ich dort analog arbeitete. Sie hätten ja auch noch die eine oder andere Kamera aber gar keine Ahnung usw. So entstand die Idee, einen Workshop zu veranstalten, der nächstes Jahr – so die politischen Gegebenheiten das zulassen – stattfinden soll.

In Vorbereitung dessen entstanden sehr spontan ein paar Aufnahmen von Emmi, die als Modell beim Workshop dabei sein wird.
