"Introducing Tonal Architecture "

As a photographer, I have always been drawn to the beauty and complexity of buildings. The lines, shapes, and textures of a structure can create a stunning composition that is both captivating and thought-provoking. But for me, the true essence of architecture is best captured in black and white.

For me, black and white photography allows me to focus on the structure itself and eliminate any distractions that color can bring. By removing color, the viewer's attention is drawn to the lines, shapes, and textures of the building, making it easier to appreciate its design. In addition, black and white images can also convey a sense of timelessness and history, making them perfect for capturing the grandeur of historic buildings.

I also enjoy the creative freedom that black and white photography provides. With color photography, the color of the building can sometimes clash with the background or surrounding elements, making it difficult to create a pleasing composition. However, with black and white, I can play with contrasts and tonal values to create a more dynamic image.

I have been honing my skills in black and white architecture photography for years and have captured some of the most iconic and beautiful buildings all around the world. From the historic cathedrals of Europe to the modern skyscrapers of Asia, I have captured the essence of each structure and created stunning, timeless images.

Zum Pinsel greifen und die Welt verständlich machen: Alena Moschinskis Arbeiten sind Ausdruck ihrer inneren Welt. Wie kein anderes Medium bedeutet Malerei für sie das kommunikative Zwischenspiel aus Farbe, Pinsel, Leinwand und der Erfahrung der eigenen Wirkmacht. Ihre abstrakten sowie figurativen Arbeiten klingen im Raum, machen diesen entweder luzide oder unmittelbar und gewichtig. Sie erden den Betrachter oder tragen ihn sanft davon.

Vor kurzem durfte ich eine großartige Künstlerin Portraitieren. Wir haben uns in ihrem Atelier getroffen und ich war bei der Entstehung eines ihrer Kunstwerke mit der Kamera dabei. Wir dürfen auf jeden Fall auf weitere Projekte von ihr gespannt sein.

Fotodestination: möglichst nicht weit weg

Landschaftsfotograf?: ähm, bedingt schon, nicht so ganz wie er im Buche steht

Der Typ Landschaftsfotograf welcher nicht so ausgesprochen neugierig auf die Welt ist, die meiste Zeit nicht reist sondern lieber so "um die Ecke" fotografiert wenn's irgendwie geht, in diesem Fall als Berliner, fährt dann halt nach Brandenburg und beäugt die Landschaft. Irgendwann einmal auf der Zugreise wird er wachen Auges merken, dass er die sonst ziemlich ebene Landschaft passiert hat und blickt auf ein Meer an Hügeln. So ähnlich war das irgendwann einmal im Jahre 2012 oder vllt. auch 2013. Dann beginnt er diese sonst, als Passant gesehen, recht ereignisarme Gegend zu durchstreifen. Und weil er nun auch fotografieren will, beginnt er sich auf ein Thema zu fokussieren. Und das sind dann eben Äcker, Masten, Hügel und Himmel. Und ein bisschen was von dem zeigt er heute voller Vertrauen in die Gnade der Community. tbc if aprecciated

Wenn es eine Sache gibt, die ich besonders an der Fotografie liebe – dann ist es mit natürlichem sowie künstlichem Licht, Reflektionen oder Schatten zu arbeiten.

Nichts fasziniert mich mehr – daher widme ich diesen Blog meiner großen Liebe in der Fotografie: dem Einfangen von Lichtreflektionen.

Ich würde fast behaupten, dass wenn diese wichtige Komponente bei einem Shooting fehlt – das mich das Shooting generell irgendwie nicht so fängt.

Es fasziniert mich, beim Einsatz mit bestimmten Linsen oder Gegenständen sich manchmal auch das Licht einfach so zu lenken, wie man es braucht.

Diese Bilder sind alle zwischen den Jahren 2016 – 2022 entstanden und gehören zu meinen wichtigsten bzw. liebsten Bildern. Auch wenn die Modelle dies beispielsweise nicht so sehen. Aber jeder Mensch sieht sich selbst auf andere Weise.

Da Fotografie doch immerhin die Sicht der/des Fotograf:in darstellt, oder irre ich mich?
